Each summer our Youth Group participates in a Youth Summer Mission Service project.

    The Summer  of 2006, we traveled to Shiprock, New Mexico where we taught Vacation Bible School - Treasurer Seekers to the children on the Navajo Reservation.

    We learned about the customs and culture of the Navajo Native Americans by sharing the word of Christ through love, energy, time and sharing.  The rewards are many, we have new friends in a new place.

We traveled the country side and saw much of the reservation land and enjoyed the days of sharing Christ's love.

    We raise the money for our mission trips by selling calendars, dinners for the public, selling cookies & sandwiches, A Pumpkin Patch and a large yard sale annually.

    For the 2007 year, our plans are to attend Youth 2007 - a global youth event in North Carolina - and serve Gods people in the hills of North Carolina in the evenings after our youth events.
