Beyond the Black and White Answers In a Complex World:
Politicians, pundits and
even preachers often paint the world in black and white. Every one and every
thing is placed into neatly-organized boxes with labels like: conservative
or liberal, Republican or Democrat, for or against the war, pro-this or
pro-that. Entire states are painted as red or blue.
Are you hungry for solutions
that don't fit into a sixty-second sound bite?
The scriptures offer us
support for how we live, love, and make important decisions in a complex
world during this election year. And we can think for ourselves, seriously
consider both sides of an issue, and live courageously and faithfully in the
midst of it all.
